Paper Abstract:
|
The main objective of local authorities should be to deliver effective solutions to community problems, thus reinforcing the concept of smart cities. This accentuates the need not only to promote user friendly tools but also being able to organize all public services around those tools, enforcing its effectiveness. This is the core of this project, designed so that the population can easily report whatever they feel should be resolved in the city. At the same time, effective response from public services was possible because public services have been reorganized to have operational response centered on that solution. The project results were considered very important to c-level management, proving that this proposal can be decisive for solving this problem. |
